Cannot Split MPEG File

I am a first time ripper and I used TMPEGEnc to cut my MPEG file in half. I got the first part to split alright. The second half is not working. It does the Video part and the Audio part, but it does not Output to file. I really would appreciate some help with this.

USE A PROGRAM CALLED DVTOOL IT HAS A VERY GOOD FILE PROCESSOR THAT ALLOWS YOU TO SPLIT MPEG FILES WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AS YOU AND I FOUND THIS TO BE THE ONLY WAY AROUND IT
