I use WinMX at work (state job) I know of course "they" can monitor and view what websites I have visited. Can they do the same with WinMX; is it possible for them to know what files I am d-loaing or d-loaded from WinMX?

They can find out what files you've been trying to download and haven't completed with incomplete downloads and the files that you've downloaded they can see in the same folder.
