Hello

I am trying to burn my first dvd from videos that I have downloaded onto my computer. I went through all the steps of burning the dvd. When I clicked start to convert and burn the dvd it says "conversion process wrong." Can someone please help me to understand what is going on. It doesn't give an explanation nor can I find any information online about this error message.

I don't know gow many people use Super DVD Creator, but while wating for an answer, you might want to try a different converter. DVD Flick is free and works great(I have no problems whatsoever):
