hi
i just bought some component cables for my ps2 and tried to use them and they worked. however the quality seems ok but there are a lot of horizontal lines that appear on my plasma HDTV. also some games look completely different regarding colour, background, etc. is there something wrong with my cables, or my tv. please help me hardware isnt my forte

My ps2 doesnt like my lcd plasma tv either, its just the tv's display, it has a high resolution unlike the standard crt displays ps2 was made for, so you get image distortion, I prefer to play my ps2 on a CRT tv, not that I play on it that much anymore. ;)
