Isnt the point of HD to watch it on a BIG screen? 17" is hardly big.

Unless Acer plans on attaching a 32" monitor to the notebook, then I will continue to not be impressed.

I think it's for ppl that travel ..17 is good enough if you are close enough, plus a 32 notebook could be a little hard to handle LOL

i've never trusted acer anyway when it comes to notebooks i rather buy toshiba or hp

Acer is gabbage. Screwed my father when a part died, under warranty.

I also buy HP Laptops and a Desktop. Compaqs too. They seem fairly reliable. I have always used them, but now I have an iMac :)

My friend who is an IT guy says that Dells are supposed to be fairly good now.
