I want to flash my Xbox360

My Setup

E-Machines computer

I have 1 DVD-rom slot open, and 1 Hard drive slot open on it

can i just hook my DVD drive from 360 and plug it into one of those then buying a SATA card?

If you dont have a SATA cable that runs off your Motherboard then you have to put a SATA card in one of the slots.Put the right program on the computer and either open up the computer and have the XBOX sit on top the computer to connect or do what I did,just remove one of the slots from the back under the control card and run the wire outside that slot.

SOrry @ work,but you know the slots where the video card sits,well there should be an extra slot to put the controll card in.
