PSP DOWNGRADING 3.80 -PANDORA NEWBI INSTALLER

ok like last weeek i used this and it works perfectly but now when i try to use it on my 2 gb sony memory stick (before i was using a sandisk 2gb memory stick) i go through all of the stuff but when it should extract all of the files to my psp, i only c a couble then it exits the program to the credits. and when i look at the files on my psp, nothing is there. please help i need to get this to work ASAP!. thanks/.

are all the files in there

not just START
if you extracted start only it wil not work
