Hi,
I haven't been around the psp scene for months. Now I see that 3.03 oe-c is old and the newest cfw is 3.80m33-2. I just put together some waves and a black screen and some pictures for a custom theme on the 3.03 oe-c psp. It's just a few files and I was wondering if anyone knew how to convert them to 3.71 m33 or 3.80. I'd be deeply greatful. I'll give the dl link and tell me if you can do it.

no, there isnt any app that can convert them, unless u use Rcoedit and extract the images and make a new rco file
