Alright so, about a month ago every backup game worked on my PSP now just about three.
For example both GTA's and Manhunt 2 when started from the XMB give me an message "The game could not be started. (80020148)" now, I've searched and searched for help, I've upgraded my firmware to 3.71m33-4, I've tried different settings from Recovery menu. But I can't just seem to find the cause of the problem, Imo it's like trying to find a needle from a haystack.
So can anyone please help me?
Go to recovery mode, then go to Advanced -> Advanced Configuration and disable all the options there :)
Well, I know you've done many changes in recovery mode, but juz try this and see ^_^

Plain modules in UMD/ISO and Execute BOOT.BIN in UMD/ISO?

Well, both of them are disabled in my PSP and my PSP is working fine ^_^

(Well at least Manhunt 2 works, but if that works I guess all the other games should work too.)
