I have been trying to burn a pc games which was downloaded. The game is NBA Live 08. After unrar i was left with a number of files that consist of audio, language, movie, dm1.uha, doom no ext. , GDPerf.vxd, nba.ico, SEVDRV system file, 7z no ext. , DrvMgt.dll , Laodbar FSH file, Setup MS-Dos Batch File, And Last NBA LIVE 08 Electronic Arts INC. Now I asumed the NBA LIVE 08 Electric Arts was the .exe that would load the game. When clicked on it acts as it is going to load the screen turn black for a few seconds then stops and and comes back to were i started with my file page opened showing all the files. Next i used daemon tools to try to mount it no luck. I got desperate and tryied mounting all the files one by one hoping one would work. I want to just figure out what file it the image so i could just burn it and be done with it all. I have tons of software and access to what ever i need exect on thing knowledge. This is why i joined this forum. From reading issues in this forum i have read that windows can mask files. Showing it is still a zip file or what ever. I also tried unziping the last zip file and found the BIN file but wcould not fimd the CUE. I was going to just burn that. Please shin some light on this for me I would appreciate it. I know you have explain this time and time again. (unzip, burn and use crack or serial # and play) its not that easy for someone that has never done this. Thanks

Sounds like the download you got is basically the directory of the installed game zipped up, it probably isn't working because it's missing some registry keys. You probably should find a better download and this is not something that's easily fixable.

Read the .nfo/readme or any instructions that came with the download, that should be able to help you.
How many .RAR/Zip files are there and did you extract them all? You may not be extracting them correctly..

Did you get a whole lot of numbered .RAR files? If so, try just extracting the very first one and that should combine all the compressed contents and extract them all at once.
What does Daemon say when you mount the BIN file, can you access the image at all?
