outlook express. PLEASE HELP

I am after help with 2 problems I am having with outlook express. The first problem, is there a warning noise to alert you when you receive e-mails if for example I am surfing the web and if there is how do I turn it on. The second problem is when I receive e-mails they have the wrong time on yet my computer displays the correct time , just wondered if outlook express has a seperate clock and if so how do I set it. Any help would be grateful ,these might be little problems to someone but they are doing my head in. Thanx

The sound can be turned on at Tools > Options > Preferences > E-mail Options > Advanced E-mail Options > (Checkbox)Play a sound. As for the time, it should be your computer's time... if not, it might be the time of your mail server, I'm not sure.
