I cannot move on the main screen when the psp is on.

Dude, be more descriptive and do some research before posting.

If you're in the XMB and can't move then your psp ir propbably on hold :) Pull the power button up until it goes in the middle and not in hold if that's the case. Otherwise, be more descriptive and tell me more details about what's happening.

I put on 3.80 M33 cfw and when my psp restarted it wouldnt let me move. It wasnt on hold or anything. I reset mp psp manually and it still didnt move. I put it on hold to see what would happen and a screen popped up titled M33. it wont let me move on that either. When i take it off hold it completely freezes.

If that doesn't work then I would try to perform a complete reflash (reinstalling the 3.80 M33 firmware again).

I cannot reinstall out without having access to the updater via psp.
