I am trying to burn a game I have the iso but when I downloaded the game it came with only .iso and .dvd but on one of the stickies here it says I need also the .bin file. Where can i get the .bin file?

You don't need the bin file to burn the game, just the ISO (and DVD file is not really needed). As an aside, I wouldn't discuss pirating from sites here as it is not allowed at the forum.
