cwcheats won't work sometimes

Whenever I try it for tekken, it has only worked once, ever since then I press select for about 3 seconds maybe longer but the cwcheats will not show up. Cwcheats works for all the other games i have though

Go here. Download CWCheat 0.2.0. Unzip it. If your PSP is 3.71 M33, copy the "MS_ROOT_371" folder to the root of your PSP. If your PSP is less than 3.71 M33, copy the "MS_ROOT" folder to the root of your PSP. Should look like this: /PSP/seplugins/...stuff. Then download the Database. Copy this DB file to /PSP/seplugins/cwcheat/. Yes to overwrite. Now turn off the PSP. Boot into Recovery Mode. Go to plugins and make sure all three are active. Now try it.

What Firmware are you running on which model PSP?
