I've used BT for about 6 months now. Lately whenever I try to d/l anything, it has an error message that says "Error2 No such file directory..." Plz help TAMIA

1. What client do you use?
2. Consider reinstalling whatever client it is?

I use Caterpillar. When the BT d/l window starts, it has BT 5.5.3CN(Deadman..) on the top.

I tried reinstalling it, but didn't help.

Can somebody plz help me. This is the exact error message:

ERROR(CURRENT TIME)
problem getting response info-[Errno2] No such file or directory: c\\doucment and setting.....

Ummm...I don't know, try uninstalling that one and use a different one.

Two popular ones are the Shadow one and the experimental one.

I like the official. works for me!

Hi rSgDrF, might seem obvious but can u d/load without catapillar ( i am assuming that it is a d/load manager?) i had d/l app called star d/loader and i had similar messages most of the time it only d/loaded from 2 or 3 sources at once and just said unable to find this and that, it was slower than normal! hardly the 400% increase they claimed. If this is not what your prob is sorry, i thought i knew what u were talking about! I guess it's the dreaded BT helpline then!
