can't launch avimux

Hi guys. I'm hoping someone can help me out here. Everytime I try to launch avimux, I get a language error that doesn't allow the program to run.

I don't know how to fix this problem. Help pls? :(

Can you download it again and install it with the correct language (US operating system = US Program Language).

I'm not in the US...I checked my system language settings and it's UK English...

Do I have to change the language setting for Windows?
