Let me try to explain the situation....

I have a FAT 3.40 OE PSP. I made a pandora's battery and magic memory stick with my psp to help my friend mod is slim psp. Everything worked out for him. He's now running 3.71 m33-2 smoothly. I, being a lazy bastard, used the pandora's battery to downgrade my psp to 1.50 and changed the battery back to normal. I tried upgrading to 3.52 m33 but after the installation was complete the thing just bricked.

So what I'm trying to figure out is what went wrong? And how can I fix this? Am I going to have to find someone with another pandora's battery?

Can you access the recovery menu (turn off your psp completely, and hold R button while turning on)?

If you can't, then you need the pandora.

If you can, then search for downgrader to 1.50, try googling it cus I forgot the link. lol

My Phat PSP History : 1.50 > 3.40 OE-A > 3.52 M33-4 > 3.71 M33-2 (semi-bricked) > 1.50 (Recovered) > 3.40 OE-A > 3.52 M33-4 > 3.71 M33-4 > 3.80 M33-2 > 3.80 M33-5 > 3.90 M33-2 + 1.50 Subset.

Have your friend unbrick it using his PSP.

Go HERE and follow this guide. Use his PSP SLIM to create the Magic memory Stick. You can also use your FAT Battery in his PSP SLIM and convert it to a Pandora Battery.
