i have a receently purchased wii, already at 3.1u
i also have a wiikey, but havent installed it yet.

after i install it, i just run 1.9g then 1.3config ?

what is the purpose of 1.3 config anyways? i read that people do it to redo their settings such as region override.
-is this neccessary if i dont even have different region backups?
if i play only usa ntsc backups do i still have to run 1.3 config regardless?


i also have a question about the backup discs. I know you can only rip the real wii games to your computer with specific dvd drives, BUT, can i copy/rip my backup disc back onto the computer or onto another disc?-essentialy duplicating the backup disc.
