the whole download is 135mb and that is 2 much memory all i want is the start.exe from the thanx anyone now were i can download start.exe from the TotalNewbie EasyInstaller

I doubt you will find it. You will probably have to download the full file.

What good will the START.exe only do you anyway?

As stated above you need the other files or you will get an error when running the START if it can't find the files it needs.
