Re-Creating an ISO from a backed-up Wii DVD

Anyone know how to take an ISO image off of a Wii game that is already a backed up Wii DVD-R DVD? In other words, the game is already a backed up wii game and I want to make an ISO image from it. I lost the original ISO.

I just tried it and it gets to 99% and errors out. Is imgburn the only app out there for this?

If it gives you an error then it is probably caused by using low quality discs.

These are Sony DVD-R dvd's. I can do a disk-copy DVD to DVD form nero no problem. I just need to ftp it to someone and I need to re-rip it to ISO. Is there a special setting that could be needed?
