What's the best video converter to use for the PSP?

I want to convert a 350 mb avi video to watch on my psp. There's XviD4PSP, 3GP Video Converter, PSP Video 9, but doesn't the psp only read MPEG4 Video files? So what makes one software better than the other? I just need one that will make it full widescreen and have the best picture quality and sound in the smallest video size. My PSP firmware is 3.40 OE-A. Thanks.

its just which one looks better (the menu, and noob fiendly). Im not sure about the quality.

3gp is the best but isnt very user friendly. if ur looking for something easy to use then go for psp video 9
