When I go to burn an audio Cd, I get a window asking if I want to format the disk using Sonic DLA? SHould I disregard this?

I am not familiar with Sonic DLA thing, but if your disc is CD-R and not CD-RW, then it should not be formated. If it is re-writable, then yes,you can format it.
