8002014C and 80020148 ERROR,HELP!!

HI!I have a 1.50v.I want to get 3.52M33-4,but i have problems.
I helped with link below

When i want to run KXploit Permanent Patcher it says: the game could not be started(8002014C).
Why??
When i run 3.52 M33UPDATE it al works fine,so i have now 3.52M33(but not 3.52M33-4).
And when i want to run 3.52M33-4(the image of this file is 3:33:33) it says: The game could not be started(80020148).
What i´m doing wrong?Can anyone tell me please steb by steb what i did wrong,please(in noob language).

you have to put them in GAME150 folder

or jut make one PSP>GAME150

OK.This way didn´t work.Coz then you don´t have nothing when you look to your psp.I want to know what i did wrong before.I folow the steps in this guide below:
