Encoding problem with Nero

I made a vcd with a movie file of 105 mb with NERO 8. But on the disk it displays only 54 mb, & it doesn't display the whole movie in a normal way.(original file contains 3 separate movies in a row)but whenever I play the movie it only displays a shorten version of the first movie and the rest just vanish! But whenever I interrupt the playhead with pointer the other 3 start displaying with their shorten forms.I opened the movie in Adobe premiere to check but there I found Some frames most probably became hidden or something else.
Please anybody help me to figure this out what happened to that Movie file
