help! my game doesnt work. :(

when open my game, (sonic rivals 2)
an error appears. it says that

"The Game Could Be Started. (80020148)"

is there a way to fix this? pls help me.
i check all the settings in the recovery menu
and still my game wont work.

is it an iso

or original game if its an iso or cso

if you are at 3.71m33-3 or higher

hit select on the xmb

a menu will show now go down to iso mode
get until it says sony np and a bunch of numbers

and try the game again

if not then put a umd and run the game again

As asiol said, Enter recovery mode>configuration>Set UMD/ISO to Sony np9660. Then try again.

I do not think Sonic rivals is one of the 1% that cannot function without a UMD inserted.

That error code 9/10 means you have it set to UMD required but no UMD inside.
