I have windows vista home premium 32 bit edition. Should I install the Windows Vista Service Pack RC 1?

If you don't mind having possible problems, then it's up to you. If you like to have a stable computer and you want support from MS, then you should wait until the final release comes out in a few weeks. To sum it up, is there a particular fix in SP1 that you're needing now? If not, then I would recommend waiting.
