Online petition of Assassin's Creed for the PSP JOIN!!!

With the success that Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed (PC, Xbox 360, PS3) has been acquiring, the developing company will try out it's luck by porting the game title over to the Nintendo DS. No news was released if the same thing will happen for Sony's PlayStation Portable.
Some people felt that the game should be released for the PSP as well. As such, an online petition has been started to let the developing company know what the Sony handheld fans want. It aims to catch the eyes of the company with they way the Resident Evil PSP petition was able to do. If you want to participate in the online petition, head on over to source link below.

it would be nice to see assasins creed on psp and would probably be alot better than the ds version but i would much rather see call of duty 4 on the psp (which is also on the ds) i think that these two games would be alot better on the psp than on the ds, ds games are like expensive mobile/cell phone games lol

True say. games that are released on ps3 and xbox360 SHOULD be released on psp as well, that is for unfair, that mostly they are released on some yucky console like DS, disgraceful :(

Yeah, I'll sign it. I've always wanted this game on PSP. Not sure if it could handle it like the big next gen boys but I'm sure it would do fine.

Hey guys and gals. Just want to thank everyone that signed the petition. I'll be calling/e-mailing Ubisoft next week after i decide the best approach. I'm trying to find someone who knows someone at 1UP, IGN, or even GameSpot and have the post an article about the petition.

Ok keshwala I signed it - even though I've never played Assassin's Creed :) But what the heck if it comes on the psp then I probably will at some point.

I have both DS and PSP but I still reckon DS games are way more fun (personally) but you can definitely do a lot more stuff on the PSP while you can't really do anything else with DS unless you have a flash card. It's not just about graphics. I reckon COD4 would be better on DS than PSP cause its controls would be much better with the stylus. FPS games on PSP aren't exactly playable in a normal or unique way. If I wanted to play a FPS game with better graphics than the DS I'd play PC or a home console which controls better than the PSP. As for Assassin's Creed....well I don't know much about it but since it was released for PS3 first, it'd probably suit the PSP more than DS.

Well my sister has a ds and i think it is pretty crap, apart from mario karts i thought that was ok.

Syphon Filter, Socom FTB 1 & 2, heck, almost all PSP games use the analog stick to move and it works great if the developers know what they're doing. COD4 could easily work on the PSP. Lock-on would have to be used but it def. possible and i think Infinity Ward could have improved it.

I'm not saying it's not possible, sure it's possible. I was just replaying to sicdude's comment saying that DS is still a better and more understandable choice than a PSP version IMO.

In terms of control, perhaps. But the PSP would have a much better chance at delivering an Assassin's Creed game similar to that of the console versions. Graphics would obviously be better than the DS, but i also believe there would be more on-screen than the DS. Either way, i think they could make a fun game for the PSP as well.

ok, why do people have these strange petitions? They never work, I signed it, but do you really think signing an online petition will make Ubisoft and whoever else had a hand in making the game will port it to the PSP? Yeah it's unfair that the DS got CoD4, and AC, but IMO the PSP is lacking the controls to have such a game, the first PSP Call of Duty game didn't quite go over very well, and well wouldn't Assassin's Creed also have to have another storyline. From what I saw the DS game had it's own unique storyline, of course maybe they could remake altair's chronicles to fit on the PSP, but I still think it would lack the controls, the DS also had a touch screen which adds more gameplay variety to it, and also added a few more "controls" to the game. Call of Duty 4 wasn't the greatest DS game, but it was still fun to play. (The lack of a knife really got me though.)
