Im doing a friends Xbox, with the 2.3 Lite + and oddly enough i cant get the blue lights to come on. I can get the green light to come on easy but no blue. I did my own Xbox myself so i do have experience in doing this but never had this happen. Im assuming i have a bad chip?

Hey,
I ordered the xecuter 2.3 lite plus modchip from you and I have a 1.4 version xbox. I have been talking to you over the phone once or twice, but I am still having troubles. I have opened the xbox, and everyone keeps saying "its probably a DO problem" ...........well... I have scraped the DO point pretty well...and it still doesnt seem to do anything.
I get the 2 blue lights on the chip, i get the green light on the switch board w/ enable disable bank 1/2 etc, but thats it, xbox starts up normal, and the controllers 1 and 2 dont work (im assuming because the chip isnt working) No different bios loads, nothign, the chip lights are on, but nothing happens. Please help!!!

I am asking for help, and once in a while i get the flashing green/red lights on the light around the eject button now too...

Well yes that be the d0 point. The flashing isnt good. Take out the chip and boot the xbox and see if it flashes then.

No, it doesnt flash then.... also on the hcip, you have to set a little switch on the chip for waht xbox version you have....should it be all the way up or down for 1.4 ?????

Well ur still ok, if its flashing your probably pretty close to just getting it right. And it should be down.

So am I supposed to keep scraping the DO point (im kinda scraping a few around it to make sure i get it but its fine) Before plugged in or not plugged in it started up normal, now not plugged in it starts up normal and when it is in the DO position it just blinks once in a while green...few seconds later green....few seconds later green....then red/green/red/green or it just stays yellow... so am i getting close er...???

I wouldnt scrape it that much, when i did mine i didnt scrape it at all.

So what do I need to do!!! Everyone keeps saying its probably a bad DO pointt, well i dont know if thats it cuz it seems right!!
