Just interested to find out what peoples favourite class setup to use is.
I find what works best for me is...
Primary - G36C with red dot sight
Secondary - Desert eagle
Special grenade - smoke x1
Perk 1 - Frag grenade x3
Perk 2 - Stopping power
Perk 3 - Matyrdom

primary- assault Ak47 with the scope
secondry- desert eagle
special grenade- flash
Perk1- Claymore
Perk2- UAV jammer
Perk3- last stand
These works for me but i have custom classes so i usually change my primary gunner with heavy gunners

I've got a good one for hardcore matches. Make sure you use stopping power and bullet penetration and with the right gun you can get one shot kills.

For Headquarters - Which I play mostly I use:
Primary: MP5 w/ Red Dot
Side Arm: Desert Eagle
Flash x1 - For Quick Distraction
Perk 1 - Frag x3
Perk 2 - Stopping Power
Perk 3 - Matrydom
My Sniper Class
Primary: Barret .50 Cal
Side Arm: Desert Eagle
Flash x1
Perk 1 - Claymore x2 - Protect your hideout
Perk 2 - Stopping Power
Perk 3 - Iron Lungs or Deep Impact.

Dam im only at 13 ranking(can't remember what that is)how do i get more guns & attachments.What is the marksman challenge? I didn't play this game online because i thought online was weak but i was wrong as hell.I was thinking most of you when i seen you online was playing single player mode all the time.

you have to rank up to get more guns
my setup:
Primary: M4 Carbine with red dot site (digital skin)
Secondary: Desert Eagle
Perk 1: Frag x3
Perk 2: Stopping Power
Perk 3: Martydom
i'm also a big fan of the G3 and i'm starting to try and snipe with the Dragunov

The marksman challenge is where you get a certain amount of kills with a certain gun to earn attachments. There's three stages:
25 Kills - Red Dot Sight - 250 XP (I think)
75 Kills - Silencer - 500 XP
150 Kills - AGOG Scope - 1000XP
The expert challenges are where you unlock more camouflage for the gun, you need to get headshots for these.

LMG class:
Wep: M60 with red dot
Side: USP .45, it better than the deagle imo.
Perk 1: Bandoleer
Perk 2: Double Tap
Perk 3: Deep Penetration
Assault class:
Wep: M4 silenced
Side: USP .45
Perk 1: Bandoleer
Perk 2: Double Tap
Perk 3: Extreme Conditioning
Sniper class:
Wep: SVD (Dragunov) with stock scope
Side: USP .45
Perk 1: Bandoleer
Perk 2: Stopping Power
Perk 3: Deep penetration
Spec Ops (aka creeper) class:
Wep: AK-74u or P90 silenced depending on the map.
Side: USP .45
Perk 1: Bandoleer
Perk 2: UAV Jammer
Perk 3: Extreme Conditioning
And here's a Little something I cooked up myself:
S.T.A.B. class:
Wep: doesnt matter you'll wield the pistol as you run faster with it.
Side: USP .45
Perk 1: Bandoleer (though this class is rarely meant to shoot, ammo runs out fast with pistol)
Perk 2: Juggernaut (The ONLY time I'd condone using it as its ordinarily cheap as hell imo)
Perk 3: Extreme conditioning
This class works best on overgrown or back lot, essentially you run like the wind and preferably only use the knife unless ur in a real pickle. I go 30 to 10 on average on overgrown using this setup if you know how to use it properly.

I have a couple different class setups for different maps, but I usually play on Crossfire. This is the one I have found the most effective.
P90-dot sight
R700
Stun Grenade
Perk 1- Bandoleer
Perk 2- Over Kill
Perk 3- Martydom

sleight of hand
matrydom
probably switch to P90 wen unlocked.started Prestige.

i have allot of classes i like allot and ive been trying to get the 5 best classes possible,or that works best for me .
on slot 1 iwe got
primary: m21 (somethimes i use acog sight)
secondary:usb .45
special grenade:stun/smoke
perk1:bandoliner
perk2:uav jammer
perk3:dead silence
i use this one to sneak around snipe and kill ppl by surprising them in close ancounters (doesnt work in close encounters if the enemy isn't surprised)
on slot 2 iwe got
primary:scorpion with acog
secondary:desert deagel
special grenade:stun
perk1:bandoliner
perk2:slight of hand
perk3:last stand
its realy good att close ancounters but works to snipe with on the open field and its a good class to knife ppl down (but then it could be an adwantage with exctrem condition)
on slot 3 iwe got
primary: p90
secondary: w1200
special grenade:stun
perk1:c4
perk2:owerkill
perk3:exkstreme condition
its a realy good stormer excspecaly inside buildings out in the open the p90 is best but inside the shootguns best
c4 is actully good to belive it or not
but if its allot of ppl in a room u just throw a c4 in that room ull kill almost every1 with the first c4 but if som1 is left u just throw a new one in
on slot 4 iwe got
primary: m60e4 with grip
secondary:g36c with grenade launcher
special grenade:smoke
perk1:(have grenade launcher and grip)
perk2:owerkill
perk3:martyrdom
whit this class u will die fast if u dont strike them hard and quik
(if u dont strike first ur dead)
but if u use a whole round with the m60 and u need to reload
and that thakes allot of time u dont have
u either switch to the nade launcher or g36c or u can just bail (throw a smoke grenade and run lik hell)
realy good against hackers that jumps up in the air all the time
on slot 5 iwe got
primary: m249 saw
secondary:m21
special grenade:smoke
perk1:claymores
perk2:owerkill
perk3:deep impact
this is a good defensiv class whit allot of firepower
but its not good att close encounters best at a distance
if som1 is near u and u need too reload the m249 ur screwed
but u can try to bail or u can just go behind a wall and reload
thats not a good option (just do it if its necasery)
well thats my classes
iwe got every weapon there in red tiger (offcourse)
and i'm getting better class combinations all the time

by the way guns is the desert deagel best in close encounters and and the usp best on a distance but the m9 is pretty good att every thing and spamming with nades suck and onnly noobs do that and pleas if u got any ideas about weaponclasses send an email
and the acog sight doesnt suck
if u think it sucks its becase ur a noob ;)
if u disagre screw u

The acog SUCKS because the aim for it is glitched and they are fixing it in the next patch which will be released very soon, therefore if you like it you must not be using it like it is suppose to be. Along with the shots not registering and the mute function so we don't have to listen to those damn gangsta little kids any more.

i normaly use
G36C with red dot sight
desert eagle gold
stun grenade x1
3X frag grenade
stopping power
matrydom
OR instead of stopping power i change it for overkill then carry the barret 50 sniper instead of the gold deagle for the large levels, or 1 of the smgs or shotys if its a small level
kill it with those, u cant go wron with the g36c

Well excuse me for relaying the facts, and when did I call you a little gangster kid though the way you're acting you certainly are starting to go down that road.
The acog scope is traditionally used by military and police sharpshooters it wasn't meant to be used on small arms, that's red dot/reflex scope territory. Of course this is speaking from real world situations which the game is trying its best to emulate anyway. You can put one on a small arms gun but I'm sure you could put a bi-pod on your skorpion as well.

ewen if it where meant for bigger guns and and for sniping in the real world u gotta get that cod4 isn't real world and it does work on the small arms u just gotta adapt

thats part of the game..especially in search and destroy..u cant just go in rambo style and try and take everyone out. it takes a little bit of skill but maybe thats why ur still a novice.
ok back to the classes.. i mainly play search and destroy cause it take more skill cause you dont respawn but it just depends on the map and ur preference.

I've gone through a phases using almost every gun (except sniper rifles, F*** SNIPERS!).
I'm in my 8th prestige mode, level 55 and right now, my 2 favorite setups are:
-AK74u w/red dot (and of course the red tiger)
-The 3rd pistol (I think it's a .45), NO silencer (I actually use it so I like to maximize my range)
"Stun-bang"x1 (as we like to call them)
Perk 1: 3 frags, always 3 frags
Perk 2: Stopping Power
Perk 3: Martyrdom (kind of a bitch move, but my boyfriend likes to keep it on)
----or----
-P90 w/red dot (red tiger)
-The 3rd pistol (.45?), also no silencer
Stun bang
Perk 1: 3 frags
Perk 2: UAV Jammer
Perk 3: Martydom
I play mostly Search and Destroy, I also like ground war (Team Deathmatch only), but I've been playing alot of Free-for-alls lately (trying to get my headshots with the skorpion).

My favorite class,or the one im working on now is-
Weapon-Any shotgun with Grip,
Perks-
1.Stopping power.
2.Deep impact.
If you use the first shotgun(the one in the custom class)its a 1 hit K.O.
