ok i have read all the tutorials, but im a bit confused. i want to downgrade to 1.5 so i know i need pandoras battery and magic mem stick. but i have read some places about needing to take apart the battery and take off pin 5. do u only do that if u dont have a modded psp to help or do u need to open it no matter what. i have access to a psp with 3.71 m33-4

THEN USE THE HOMEBREW ENABLED PSP

if you have homebrew dont worry about opening the battery
