error "programming error- exception occured, the handle is invalid"

I've been using shrink for a while now, just recently a new message appears when I try to copy a disk. it says: programming error- exception occured, the handle is invalid, any ideas on what to do :-(

It means that Shrink cannot handle this movie. Try using DVDFab HD Decrypter.
99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.
