every time that i try to save my movies as an iso file, my computer freezes up completely.. i can save it as a hard disk folder but then my burning program (power2go) will not let me burn it because its not a "dvd folder".. i digress.. any ideas why my laptop might be freezing?

Reinstall dvdshrink(latest version) and see if that works.

I already tried that (in add/remove programs) and defrag my system..
