says "An error has occured. Failed to connect with opponent"

ive disabled to firewall on the router..

i dont know what else to try

also..

IP : succeed
connection : succeed
network : succeed
UPnP : Available
NAT type : 2

router = speedtouch 576

btw im lookin at the other topic about connection
