Ok, heres the story, I have a chameleon chip, I managed to soft flash Cecutor2 4979 repack on it after about half a month of no luck, I just about died when I saw Xecutor2 instead of Microsoft.

Heres my problem, I have Slayer auto installer 2.5 final but I keep getting the dirty disk error with it, I've gotten it enough to know I cannot use a cd to put EvoX on my Xbox. I thought I would try to soft flash my bios with an evo bios, but it wont take, so im stuck with xecutor2 till thursday when my programmer gets here. I bought a western digital 120 gig HD for it, but i havent touched it yet since I cant even get evox working. I searched around a bit and discovered they put a ftp server in the xecutor bios, so I tried to connect to that, but I could never find any evidence of a ftp server on it, so I think they were either lying, or it only works with an xecutor chip.

So, my choices seem to be: get a megaxkey and use the mechassault trick with that, then just use ftp to keep the evox dash updated, or, hope like heck that the evo bios will just start the auto installer on thursday, or, and this one is yiffy but it would be really cool if it worked, I could configure my new 120 gig HD with the correct directory structure to be a xbox HD except instead of M$'s xboxdash.xbe I would put evox's (it does store the dash on the hard drive right?).

Now my dead ends, for #1 (get the megaxkey) Im broke, for #2 (use evo bios) I would have to wait till thursday, not really a dead end, but im still stuck till thursday and I still dont know if it will even work, and for #3 (new HD) as everyone knows locking and unlocking requires a password, which, to my understanding can only be gotten with the evolutionx backup feature, and since I dont have evox on my system, thats out of the question.

Please any help would be great, even if it was just, "wait till thursday, the evo bios will work" thanks for any answers to my problems.
