The popsloader goes inside the SEplugins folder, which goes onto the root of the MS.

In order to use the popsloader you will need to set up the firmware pops.

Activate relevant plugins in recovery mode.

boot psp while holding R to enter recovery mode

you then need to 'enable' popsloader plugin
