Hi folks, Im trying to back up a copy of Premonition starring Sandra Bullock, and Im havin problems!!!!
Dvd Shrink analysed, encoded and burned the disc fine. On my PC the movie works great. But when I use it in my Dvd Player it says Disc Error. I tried playing it in my Playstation 2, and it still says Disc Error.
Its happening with all my recent movies that I back up. Movies either say Disc Error or they crash after every 3-4 minutes. They work on my PC, but seem to crash on evry other machine, or dont work at all.
My old computer did the same, and now my brand new computer is doing the same too....
Plz help me someone!!!!!!!!!!!!

What are you using to burn since Shrink doesn't have a burn engine?
By chance Nero 8?

Ok what version of Nero? I'm thinking Nero 8 cause the discs burned w/ it are usually unplayable except for in the pc.

actually Ive solved the problem... I was just glancing through some of the topics on disc error, and I found the answer. I was burning my dvds at 12x speed, and I changed it to 4x and my dvd came out right. It works on my comp, dvd player, ps2...the lot.
