How are you maent to make programs portable i have the program thinstall portable to make things portable but it wont work i dont know how to even if there is another program Please help me.

I actually know what this is on about..

short answer.. some things will work in that manner, others will not..

It depends whether they require a kernel module enabled or not, and unless that module is present and running you have no chance.. not in M$ world anyway.

This is why, even with sh(v)ista the "install program-reboot" cycle STILL continues..
