Hi,
I am looking for someone with experience of Chorus/NTL`s latest offering
of Digital tv/Phone/and 6 meg broadband in the Dublin area. A tech called on Saturday evening to install it for me and could not because although the cable was up the tap-offs were not. To a large extent I was relieved as going this road requires careful consideration of a number of cost issues. I am with Eircom for a few years and they are ok, but the 2meg/256k broadband could be better....a lot better. I do believe in the "if it looks too good to be true it prolly is." How do others find it.....what are the main pitfalls and will the faster broadband be worth the other trade offs. Any info greatly appreciated.
