Hi,

I am having a problem with my input video from my Hauppauge 150 PVR MCE capture card. The problem I am having is a red vertical line and red tinge coming outward from the line on the left side of my videos when using a VCR hooked up to my composite video. I can also see the line when using the tuner input, or when I have a DVD player hooked up to my composite video, but the line is not red and is not as bad when using these two options. I have had the same problem previously when I was using an AverTV Combo PCIe card, but I did not have these problems when using an ATI TV Wonder capture card. Is there anything that I can do to adjust the input or anything else I can do to make this line and tinge go away?

Thanks.

I have discoverd that this is caused by overscan. When I burn the video to a DVD and play it on a television set, the line is no longer visible.
