I have a psp with firmware version 3.71
i would like to know which version of devhook would be best to use and how to install it and if that would enable me to playu isos off memory cards. Thanks a billion in advance ;)

Forget DevHook... where did you even read about it?

The software is years old now, and only designed for use with the firmware 1.50, it can't work on any firmware above that (Official firmware that is).

You'll need to downgrade your PSP using a Pandora Battery, and then install a custom firmware; 3.71 M33-4 w/ 1.50 kernel or 3.80 M33-5 w/ 1.50 kernel.
