did anyone buy the full game from the japan store from the uk??

if so dose it work online in the uk?

I have it on Disc. There is no online play.

thats strange you say no online play, but i was at my freinds who works for sony and he was playing it online, he had a copy to test for work and had to try the online feature.

You can play online, it was an available download/upgrade as of just before Christmas. From what I have read it can be a bit of a hassle to get it to upgrade though.

also when my freind was testing the game for work there was an awfull lot of lag and it was really bad, dunno if thats changed recently

Hi,
I managed to do an update, and yes you can play online from uk.

When the game first starts it asks if you want to update, but cos its in japanese i had no idea, and the button i normally takes me straight to the game. Clicked the other and 1 hour later, update complete.

Buy it, Its good.
