OK if you have a game in multiple parts, in order to put them on psp do you have to just place them in the game folder and it will work fine or do i have to do something else?

If by multiparts u meand a few .RAR files Then..Extract the first >RAR file to the desktop and it should give you one .ISO or .CSO file and just put th at in the ISO Folder on the root of the Psp Card

If it's an eboot it's a PSX game. Download popsloader from Dark alex site for 3.80. Put the seplugins folder in the root of your mem stick, exit, go into recovery(turn on hold right trigger) scroll down to plugins, enable. Place you eboot in the psp/game folder.
