How to go from 3.40 OE-A on PSP Fat to latest custom?

Hi, all. I've been out of the PSP scene for a while but am looking to get back into it. Since I've been gone, I've heard that Dark Alex left and has now been replaced by a mysterious group called M33. However, I still have Dark Alex's last custom FW on my PSP (3.40 OE-A). How do I go from that to whatever's good from the new M33 group? Do I have to somehow downgrade back to official 1.50 or can I go directly from Dark Alex's 3.40 OE-A to something on the M33 side? Thanks much.

I think I may have found my answer. I go directly from 3.40 OE-A to 3.52 M33. Then I go from 3.52 M33 to 3.80 M33. Let me know if any of this is wrong.

It worked great. You have to make a pandora and magic memory stick but it seems to be the easiest way to upgrade. I stopped at 3.71m33-4. It seems that dark_alex is still working on 3.80m33. It is up to version 5. I would wait until it is completely done, but that is just me.

Thanks for the info and advice. I don't have a pandora battery or magic memory stick though, so I'm gonna try going straight to 3.52 M33 and see what happens. I could end up needing those items to recover. Hope not.
