I'm interested in having a Wiikey modded into my Wii but have no experience. Anyone have recommendations where to get a pro to solder it in?

If you are a teenager like me see if anyone in your family has experience. My dad has soldered before and we installed the WiiKey together. If you are in the UK I suggest "ghost2fitters", search them on Google, they have a site.

Usually if you call a small cpu shop or something in the US there is someone there that is pretty good at soldering, explain what you want done and see if they "provide" that service and for how much.
