I need help downgrading 3.51 M33 PLEASE!!!!

I have 3.51 m33 CFW and its not seems to downgrading and i can't upgrade it shhh i shouldn't have upgraded my psp to this shhhty firmware can some one tell me how to downgrade to 150 or upgrade to the latest and good firmware, 3.40 OE perhaps, and when i try to downgrade i put the M33creater folder in to PSP game it says Game could not be started!! what the hell man!!! please i need help please!!!!!! if you can't explain please dont give me any guides becase they dont seem to be working please tell me some other way PLEASEEEEE!!!!

can i ask what is wrong with 3.52 m33? i used to use it before i upgraded to 3.71 m33 and it worked fine for me

btw i dont take DARK ALEX Bagging aka team m33
