best way to stream 6 analog channels?

I have 6 channels of live feed I need to stream (via multicast) to my LAN.

What do I need to do this?

I am assuming 6 TV tuners inside a server/powerful workstation?

The other question would be, what would I use to broadcast the signal? I was thinking windows media encoder however I do not know if it will allows multiple streams run
