I recently got a message from ASUS User Forum site stating that I must install "FreeTextBox" in order to use. Fine, but where? It says what to add to page but not where the page is?

Can I get some clear help on this for XP x64 w/ IE7 I do have Java manually installed now and still nothing. I also open in x86 IE7 and nothing.
