I had never used my flashed benq (1.2) drive 360 online/xbl at all, and i played some games before they were released. Will i be ban if i sign in to xbl? even wihout playing any of my back-ups? just simply signing in to xbl. currently using ps3 online coz it free lol.

Playing a game online before it's released isn't the smartest thing to do, think about it, you are giving yourself away that you pirate games.

As long as u unplug ur ethernet cabel while ur playing that game you should be fine. But i wouldnt make a habit of it
