Please! i really need help, i really want to softmod my xbox but i dont have AR max. is there anyway of accessing the harddrive of the xbox? and i was thinking.. does anyone have a copy of an allready soft modded xbox harddrive? i dont no if it would work but i thought, if i had a copy of an allready softmodded harddrive i could format my old xbox drive and put the softmodded files on it.

so if possialbe ... can someone make an image of there soft modded drive?

you dont need to buy AR jus get a memory card and splice the end of a controller to an ipod charger n plug it in.. get the AR program and put it on your card.. plug it in copy start what ever game your tryin to use for it n there you go

What your looking to do is hotswap.....its way more complexe and for advanced modders but hey its the cheapest way to do it( so if your up for a challenge)http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/332766.....also try to use the thumbdrive tutorial its pretty easy and you'll only spend not alot of money and the materials can be bought easier
