Please help me unlock my 6070

info:
Make/model phone: nokia 6070
IMEI #: 357699019107802
Country the phone is locked in: Australia
Provider the phone is locked to: ???
the box doesnt say its locked to anything
but i am trying to connect to 3 with it

Connecting to 3 will be impossible with that phone and also impossible to generate the correct code for you not knowing who it's locked to.
